A dual citizen of Canada and the United Kingdom, James has called the Sea to Sky region home since 2007. Before transitioning into real estate and yachting, he built a successful career in engineering and technology sales, following his upbringing in London, England.

An accomplished sailor, James holds a commercially endorsed Offshore Yachtmaster 200 GT certification from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and has logged extensive experience aboard world-class explorer, charter, private sailing, and motor yachts. He also serves his community as a licensed ski patrol EMT with Whistler Blackcomb.

Outside of work, James enjoys hiking, swimming, cycling, traveling, and spending time on the water with family and friends.
