With two decades of experience in the marine industry, Lawrence brings a wealth of sales expertise to the team. He began his career in marine dealership sales before transitioning to yacht brokerage sales and management. Throughout his career, Lawrence has developed high-performing teams that have consistently exceeded revenue goals. Today, he focuses on streamlining sales processes to increase team productivity in the fast-paced marine industry.

While marketing and technology bring so much to our success, Lawrence focuses on the human element, as it is equally important to the sales process and overall customer experience. He is dedicated to supporting his team so they can reach their full potential and achieve optimal results.

Lawrence was born in America but spent his childhood in Britain and Canada before returning to the United States. He currently divides his time between Florida’s Gulf Coast and California with his wife of over 30 years. They have three wonderful children and two dogs.

When he’s not mentoring, coaching, or developing his sales team, Lawrence loves traveling and spending time on the water.
