Patrick has a diverse professional background. His first professional career was a commercial pilot and flight instructor. After finishing college and flight school he moved to Florida to teach at the Saint Petersburg Junior College. As a commercial pilot Patrick had a maximum number of hours he could fly each month and obtained his real estate license to fill the time available to him. An opportunity was presented to him to relocate to California where he eventually obtained his real estate broker licenses for California, Nevada and Arizona. He spent several years working in various positions to include Vice President of Multi Family and Luxury Resort Projects for Prudential Real Estate in Arizona, California and Mexico. Upon returning to Florida he continued his career in real estate and operated his own brokerage on Clearwater Beach.

Patrick always loved being on the water while growing up in the Chicago area and cruising Lake Michigan and fishing the lakes of Illinois, Wisconsin and Florida when he vacationed here. After selling the real estate business he decided to pursue new interests in Yacht sales and obtained his Yacht/Salespersons license and held the position of Sales Manager for Pier One Yacht Sales in downtown St. Petersburg Florida. He became a member of the Clearwater United States Power Squadron and while a member he obtained his instructors certificate and conducted various training classes in boat safety and navigation.

Patrick understands the importance of honesty, integrity and the need of building long- lasting relationships with his clients.
